Recipe of Eggless Chocolate Cake
Instruction for Eggless Chocolate Cake
- 375g plain flour
- 375g castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 45g cocoa powder
- 180ml vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 500ml cold water
Ingredients of Eggless Chocolate Cake
Filter flour, sugar, salt, bicarb and cocoa together into a 20x30cm ungreased cake tin. Make three wells. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into second, and vanilla into third well. Pour cold water over all, and blend well with the fork.
Heat at 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a stick embedded tells the truth. Ice with your most loved icing.
